Your project details, handled with care

This note explains how the KoruPack NZ website handles the information you provide when you submit a project brief.

What we collect

When you submit an RFQ or sample request, we collect the details you enter: name, business email, company, product type, volume, delivery location, timing and project notes.

How we use it

We use this information only to scope and respond to your packaging request. We do not sell your data.

Formspree

Project briefs are sent to KoruPack through our form service (Formspree) and delivered by email for sales follow-up.

Site measurement

Pages record visits with PostHog. A submitted brief also records the product type, volume band, delivery city, timing and whether documents were requested. The written project notes are not sent to analytics. When a brief is accepted, the business email and company name are stored so that visit can be matched to the enquiry. Google Analytics is used only after a measurement tag is configured.
